2. 取り扱う情報と保存場所

3. Google ユーザーデータの利用（重要）

本アプリは以下の権限（スコープ）を要求します。

calendar.calendarlist.readonly	表示するカレンダー（家族共有カレンダー等）をお客様が選択できるようにするため、カレンダー一覧を取得
drive.appdata	日記のバックアップを、本アプリ専用の非公開領域に保存・復元。この領域は他のアプリからもお客様の Drive 画面からも見えず、本アプリは Drive 内の他のファイルに一切アクセスできません
tasks	アプリ内タスクと Google ToDo リストの双方向同期

本アプリによる Google API から受領した情報の使用および他アプリへの移転は、 Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー （限定的使用（Limited Use）の要件を含む）に準拠します。 これらのデータはお客様に本アプリの機能を提供する目的にのみ使用し、 広告目的での利用、第三者への販売、人手による読み取りは行いません。

4. 第三者への提供

お客様の日記・予定・タスクの内容を第三者に提供することはありません。関与する事業者は次のとおりです。

• Google LLC — お客様ご自身のアカウントとの通信。データはお客様の管理下にあります。
• RevenueCat, Inc. — 購入処理の管理。当方は識別子としてメールアドレスを不可逆的に変換した文字列のみを送信し、メールアドレス自体は送信しません。
• 壁紙配信サーバー（当方運営） — 壁紙のダウンロード時のみ通信します。アカウント情報も個人情報も送信されず、日記等の内容とは無関係です。

アクセス解析ツール、広告 SDK、トラッキング SDK は一切組み込んでいません。

5. 端末の権限

• 写真・カメラ — 日記への写真添付、壁紙の設定。選択された画像のみ端末内で扱います。
• 通知 — 予定・タスク・日記のリマインダー。端末内で完結し、外部送信はありません。
• 生体認証（指紋・顔） — 日記ロックの解除。認証は OS が行い、生体情報が当方に渡ることはありません。

6. 安全管理

Google のアクセストークンおよび日記ロックの暗証番号は、OS の安全な保管領域 （iOS: キーチェーン / Android: Keystore）に保存します。暗証番号はソルト付きで変換して保存し、そのままの形では保持しません。 通信はすべて HTTPS で行います。

日記の本文はアプリ専用の保存領域に置かれます。端末のロック解除やアプリのデータ保護は OS の仕組みに依存するため、 端末自体に画面ロックを設定してご利用ください。

7. 保存期間と削除

• 端末内のデータ — アプリを削除すると消去されます。
• Google 側のデータ — お客様ご自身の Google アカウントに属します。設定画面から連携を解除でき、予定・タスクは Google 上で、日記バックアップは Google アカウントの「アプリのデータ」管理から削除できます。
• 当方は内容を保持していないため、当方に対する削除請求の対象となるデータはありません。

8. お子様の利用

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

9. お客様の権利

お客様は、EU 一般データ保護規則（GDPR）や日本の個人情報保護法などに基づき、開示・訂正・削除等を請求できます。 ただし前述のとおり当方は内容を保持していないため、実際のデータ操作はお客様ご自身の端末および Google アカウント上で完結します。 ご不明な点は olivetech.studio@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

変更する場合は本ページを更新し、上部の最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。

3. Use of Google user data (important)

Pretty Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data solely to provide the app's features to you. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not read it manually.

4. Third parties

• Google LLC — communication with your own account; the data stays under your control.
• RevenueCat, Inc. — purchase management. We send only an irreversible hash derived from your email address as an identifier, never the address itself.
• Our wallpaper server — contacted only when downloading wallpapers. No account details or personal data are sent.

The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.

5. Device permissions

• Photos / camera — attaching photos to diary entries and setting wallpapers. Only the images you pick are used, on your device.
• Notifications — reminders for events, tasks and the diary. Scheduled entirely on your device.
• Biometrics — unlocking the diary. Authentication is performed by the operating system; we never receive biometric data.

6. Security

Google access tokens and the diary lock PIN are kept in the operating system's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). The PIN is stored as a salted one-way hash, not in its original form. All network traffic uses HTTPS.

Diary content is held in the app's private storage. Protection of that storage relies on operating-system mechanisms, so please keep a screen lock enabled on your device.

7. Retention and deletion

• On-device data — removed when you uninstall the app.
• Data in Google — belongs to your own account. You can disconnect in Settings; events and tasks can be removed in Google, and the diary backup via your Google account's app-data controls.
• We hold no content, so there is nothing on our side to request deletion of.

8. Children

This app is not directed at children under 13.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, Japan's APPI and similar laws you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Because we hold no content, these actions take place on your own device and in your own Google account. Questions: olivetech.studio@gmail.com
